I get you bro but even if they were denied restraining injunction in high court of rivers, they could've appealed to court of appeal. Would've bought time to see if an amicable solution could be reached. Two, I'm sure that notice wasn't 48 hours as stated in the report. Someone even said that it is now six months after the notice was given.
Three, report says Rivers state govt but kept mentioning Wike. Wike is not the gov of Rivers state anymore but FCT minister.
