About a week ago I started getting this message on my phone "Google Play services keeps stopping". I did not do any upgrades or downloads before it started. It's preventing me from reading my text messages and from using other apps. Please I need suggestions on how to resolve this issue

Maybe your phone memory is almost full, or you need to update the Google play services on your phone |
