The Court is only interpreting which is same things I've been telling people around me. If you can have an open mind to go through their rulings, you'd also blame LP's lawyers for not doing the right things.

BVA was a game changer and INEC should have followed it up with proper transmission of election results. Yeah, it wouldn't have been perfect but it would have been far better than what happened.

I won't blame the Police and security personnels attached to polling stations without any means of self protection.

Tribunal didn't say EU doesn't have a right. But petitioner should have subpoena official of EU to come and present the same report at the court. But petitioner didn't do that.

Inside that one month, INEC will delay them for 2 weeks.
