Please, who has any suggestions concerning Adekunle Ajasin University's transcript. I paid for the student's copy yesterday, but a mail wasn't sent to me and when I tried accessing the site today, I wasn't able to.

Has anyone ever used the online platform to get their transcript or do I need to travel to the school to get it?

Please, this is urgent.

Oga, you will need to travel to the school and get it o with a print out of your online profile.
When I applied for my own online, I didn't hear anything from them, it was when I went to the school for my degree certificate I used the opportunity to visit exams and records along Yaradus.
Them no even print my own but I didn't blame them. Those that they printed, nobody to collect them. I dropped my printout and phone number. When it was ready, they called me and gave me option of taking picture of it and sending it to my WhatsApp or scanning it and sending in pdf format to my email. The first option is free, the 2nd option I paid 1k for scanning.
