He won the entire Ndokwa federal constituency,his LGA Aniocha North and Ika NE.
Ika NE did save him sha. Whether it was rigged or inflated is for the court to judge but I suspect manipulation.

I understand your angst but it is unfortunate that there was a lacuna in the constitution as INEC was not mandated to transmit electronically. It is that constitutional lacuna that we should seek to block so that we can have better clarity with respect to our elections.
