2.) My statement had 2 parts both meant to rebut basilico's nonsensical statements.
Part 1: "Tarro was the leader of the Proud Boys." - was used to explain why he got a heftier jail time in comparison to the other defendants.

Part 2: "Also, the US government has an incentive for making the penalty for insurrection and such crimes involving overthrowing the government very tough. And hence the 22 years Tarro received" - was used to explain the length in the sentence in comparison to other crimes . i.e. the US has to take a strong deterrent stance on trying to bring down the country/government.
