Ilekokonit: A country that cannot provide little basic amenities for its citizens is not worth living.. All the sectors is in a terrible state except entertainment. To succeed in Nigeria, one often needs to engage in questionable activities and compromise their ethics. The state of the country has deteriorated to a point where recovery seems impossible. I can't even imagine myself coming back to Nigeria to invest. The country is not where sane humans live( I figured this out at eight) Take your mind off Nigeria, the country is finished. 1 Like 1 Share |

MyAmericandream: Food for thought. It will take a miracle for Nigeria to be habitable LONG TERM for any honest Nigerian who has spent considerable time living in civilized climes and I'm not even referring to the lootocrat political class who lived abroad but still went back to Nigeria to loot and plunder the monies meant to look after babies, the disabled , the aged and infirm. Short of a critical mass of Nigerians throughout ALL 36 states coming to the realization that the politicians are our common enemy and not religion, tribe or language differences, Nigerians are in for a long thing. Something told me in 2004 that we Nigerians abroad do not really have a country but what we have is a holiday destination but this thought still did not stop me relocating for 2 years to Nigeria in 2006. Its almost like a disability to be abroad and still love Nigeria passionately. My brother does not suffer from this disability and so he is immune from thinking of going back to settle in Nigeria at some point in the future. IF ONLY THE GOD THAT THESE PASTORS AND IMAMS "CLAIM" TO HAVE ACCESS TO WILL RISE UP FROM WHAT SEEMS TO BE AN ETERNAL SLUMBER AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE PLIGHT OF NIGERIANS OR IS THE PLIGHT OF 200 MILLION DOWNTRODDEN NIGERIANS NOT A PRIORITY TO GOD ? 1 Like 1 Share |

Chuksyno:Pretty rich for an Igbo man to be calling anyone else a "druggie", as if you and your brethren hadn't monopolized the international drug trade since the 1970s. Was it my "druggie father" [sic] who scattered thousands of your kinsmen all over Asia's prisons, to the extent that Asian policemen now know that drugs are an Igbo thing? Shameless nitwit. 3 Likes |

omohayek:Only fools like you with your hatred on Igbos right inside your bone marrow believes that drug trade involved Igbo tribe alone but forget in a haste that your druggie master in power have network of drug cartels scattered all over with lazy yoruba youths as his slave servants including agberos in your useless tribe. Igbos are not your mate in terms of industrialization, business management and what have you. Igbos would continue to be the source of your revenues and your landlord at your own land while jealousy and envy on igbos keep eating you up. Ezi Bida! |

Chuksyno:Blah blah blah - and yet Asia's prisons remain chock-full of your brethren, your region is in the grip of a meth-epidemic, and every single meth-lab ever discovered within Nigeria's borders has been run by one of you - oh, and by the way, your Peter Obi is still a loser, and will remain one even if the Supreme Court deigns to hear his ridiculous case. ObidenceNeckpre: Your senselessness is very glaring for the world to see. I don’t blame you, you’re obviously possessed by the cheap wine you’ve drank, and now your reasoning is devoid of anything intelligent. The Tinubu effect has surely eaten so deep into your medulla. I didn’t think it will be this fast anyways. Plus for your information not every one Abroad is “carrying shit” like all your family members abroad. Some of us are really doing well for ourselves and making our country proud in our chosen field. If you want more, I am ready! |

Jostoman:..we should not continue like that...but in nigeria the leaders, politicians are stronger than the institution...they are stronger than EFCC, stronger than the court, supreme Court, judges...they control the judiciary, court, judges..our politcians do not obey the rule of law and constitution...so our politcians are stronger than the institutions...that is why things are like this and it will continue like that unless our institutions are stronger than the politicians 1 Like 1 Share |
