South west has the highest number of Nigerians seeking for greener pastures in England. If the south west is progressive as you've always painted it to look like, yorubas won't be japaing to Europe and other African countries to seek for greener pastures.

Let me remind you again that Lagos is the only state in Yoruba land that's a little bit develop due to the help that it's getting from the federal government as a former Federal capital territory. Other south west states are poverty stricken.
