What exactly is “high mileage”?

Two scenarios- a 2005 Corolla with 300,000 miles or and 2015 Corolla with 200,000 miles on it. Assuming both cars had their routine maintenance done, the 2005 Corolla will have an engine with less mileage and less wear on it that the 2015.

If we assume that car is a 2005 Corolla, then it’s engine has an average of 16,600 miles yearly which is good on the other hand the 2015 model will have 25k a year average which is quite high!
