There are some exceptions in extraordinary cases. For example, if a party discovers new evidence that could not have been reasonably presented during the lower court proceedings and that is highly relevant to the case, they may file a motion for remand, asking the Supreme Court to send the case back to the lower courts for further proceedings based on the new evidence. This is rare and subject to the discretion of the Court.

Don’t forget that this is election matter and it is time bound.
Also the evidence act is clear on how evidences can be introduced or amend in a case.

Once he gets the evidence about Tinibu certificate, he Tinibu will be disqualified and that gives way for a fresh election because him (Atiku)too didn't get the constitutional requirements.

The us court will not likely rule in atiku favour and even if they do,it will be on a limited basis.the supreme court hardly accepts new evidence esp as the matter concerning tinubu bsc was filed late at the tribunal

Atiku grouse for requesting for his record is not on the ground that he graduated or not graduated but verification of the inconsistencies in his certificates and records. I just see that many of you doesn't know the reason why Atiku is in court for this particular issue. Go and check, Atiku never even claimed Tinubu didn't graduate from CSU. Go and check and stop confusing yourself.

The tribunal already struck out the forgery case based on preliminary objections since atiku filed it late.in the eyes of the law,atiku never had a case on forgery so he cannot bring anything on forgery at the apex court

Let the documents come out first. If its true Tinubu stole someone's identity, then you'll know if its admissible or not.
