Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story (2022). “As my obsession grew, I was saving body parts, such as skulls and skeletons.” Jeffrey Dahmer, Jan. 12, 1993. When Netflix did "Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile": The Ted Bundy Biopic (2019), so well, i knew they had something for me and other true crime and serial killers profilers aficionado. My eyes literally lit up when they announced the "Monster" anthology series that focuses on Serial Killers and i was giddy when they chose Jeffrey Dahmer as the first profile, his psychopathy range is an all timer, he is one of the best studied profiles in the true crime docu world. When the series came out last year, i had to let it marinate and i picked it up a day ago, and it kept me up till 3am, 2 days ago!. Maann, it was such top shelf serial killer biopic, that I don't even need any further true crime pod or docu on this cold, psychotic killer, the depiction exudes a next level realness on the chilling horrors of Dahmer's crime as he murdered and cannibalise 17 boys across racial lines, for no apparent reason, he stripped his victims to bones, and kept thier skeletons in bleach for perfect preservation and thier flesh, he kept for barbecue!, It earned him the chilling nickname name, The Milwaukee Cannibal. The show runners altered some accounts of the actual story probably to make for better TV, the entire thing is great stuff still, they started from his arrest and worked thier way up from his troubled past to his murders, then trial. Evan Peters as Jeffrey Dahmer is an all timer casting, his depiction of the role was the finest quality and he adorned the blonde and glasses to completely match the physical profile of JD, you would have to watch carefully to catch the nuances of unbridled psychosis that is hidden his tempered mannerism..just an amazing top tier acting. A decent watch i dare say, and an easy recommend for folks who love true crime docu, pod or depictions but stay away if true crime lore upsets you and makes your stomach squeaky because Jeffrey Dahmer was a sick, twisted and sadistic fellow and the show is pretty grime and bleak. The show returns next year, taking on the Menéndez brothers, The dynamic duo, offed their Parents on a moonless night, because apparently, the inheritance money was taking too long.... Exciting stuff to look forward to tbh!. 8/10. 6 Likes 3 Shares

Only issue with The Killing is...the rain. Like its always raining every episode. From episode 1, currently on episode 11, its still raining.... Jeez. |

Yellowjackets S1 and 2 8/10 Probably one of the best underrated show in 2023, hell of a slowburn didn't understand a lot till s2 , when humans are starving to death cannibalism and murder was always part of human nature weather you accept it or not, a lot of deep meaning in the show I heard HBO rejected this show because it had a lot in common with euphoria, this part is understandable 3 Likes 1 Share

It didn't help that i started the show months ago and watched up to episode 6...but had a period where I didn't have time to watch any show... The season two of "The wheel of time" is out already! I plan to watch it this weekend, season one was like really good. PS: I am already watching it, I can't wait till the weekend. I'd rate episode one an 8/10. I like how the story is unfolding.

Baddestguyp:lol These weirdos are something else and they never seem to amaze me, like why and what's the point of hating on one of the best piece of tv since the 2000? They are not even hating enough cuz it doesn't seem to affect the metrics on IMDB, as the episode ratings are still very high on IMDB and ranks among the highest on the platform. My own own is they shouldn't shift November 4th oo, i hate that it is ending 😔 but excited at the same time to see it end 😀. |

oyaskii:it's been working tho... They've downvoted the show from 9.2 to 9.0 in just 4 days... Attack on Titan also had 6 episodes rated 9.9 on IMDB...now it has 0 All the episodes and the shows rating is tanking so fast in just 4 days...and they aren't stopping at all The issue has been reported to IMDB but who knows if they'll do something since it isn't Ozymandias. 12k 1 star ratings on one episode alone...wtf Btw, I doubt they'll shift it but that November 4th date was leaked ..it was a mistake... They mistakenly uploaded a private video description that stated that there will be an AOT finale after-party after the final episode airs on December 4th... The video itself leaked too with the date

Baddestguyp:Just checked now, and "Midnight sun" and "That Day" has both dropped to 9.8 and below top 10...like wtf? People are really that jobless? Anyway, they can't deter peak, every sane person knows AOT is top shelf quality. The plot has way deeper meaning and psychology, that you might be randomly talking about the events on it, and people that are hearing it for the first time, would think it is not an animated show, i dare say, it beats many conventional shows in writing... People will visit it for years to come, long after it has ended. |

oyaskii:bro...from six 9.9 episodes to 0 My favorite episodes: Memories of the Future and From You 2000 years ago were hit too They believe that by tanking the ratings, no one will rate AOT again... especially since it had way higher ratings than One Piece... Funny behavior... AOT already has a big legacy... I'm sure they'll tank the final episode the most...if that one reach 8.0 na miracle... But they can't change the legacy of AOT |
