Alex Ikwechegh of APGA defeats Emeka Nnamani of the Labour Party at the National Assembly Tribunal in Umuahia.

Emeka Nnamani represents Aba North and Aba South federal constituency at the Green Chambers.

The Tribunal disqualified Nnamani based on an existing appeal court judgement against him over forged documents.

Congratulations to APGA. The party is very strong in Anambra and Abia states. Ellu pee really rigged in the south east and thankfully the judiciary is rectifying that anomaly in the zone. All eyes are happy to gaze at the judiciary.

LP had little time to do proper screening of candidates.

Chimaobi of PDP is a nice guy but the masses had already rejected the party. Also the Ikpeazu factor did not help matters for him.
