Wow..you tried. Congrats. A first class is no easy feat in Physics as you must have been an all rounder person. I.e. strong in Mechanics, Nuclear, Electromagnetism, Electrical/Electronics, Quantum mechanics, Thermodynamics e.t.c

Na to japa via scholarship remain.. to get scholarships easily in the USA, stay within the Physics discipline. Then you can consider IT, finance, Energy, Engineering or any other discipline for jobs, 2nd masters or a PhD if you so desire.

That's my 2cents for you from a fellow Engineering Physicist turned Engineer and practicing in the abroad.

Congrats it's not an easy feat but the problem in this now is that academic achievements ate no longer valued because everyone is worshipping money and immediate gains. Professors are are using rickety vehicles while their students are using luxury cars.
Doctors, Lecturers, Lawyers are struggling to survive while Politicians with Pass and 3rd Class and even some without qualifications are in controlling the economy of the whole Country.

So sad.

were profs swimming in luxuries of riches even in 80s and even anywhere in the world academics aren't that Rich... If u wanna be super Rich don't near academic line... I think this University is a private one...

Go learn skills because with your degree you end up teach for primary with low income. Note: I'm not saying teaching is bad but the pay is too small and you will struggle.
