Go cry for your mama and papa neck. Let me guess, this is depression due to financial stress or unemployment/underemployment, right? If yes, go cry for your mama and your papa neck. Somehow you will feel better after unburdening yourself to them. undecided

If however it is depression due to unknown causes, then your best bet is to seek professional mental health treatment and make sure to remain on treatment for as long as necessary. undecided
