Everywhere Elumelu went during the campaigns, he was always soundly rejected by his constituents. Ngozi that was sleeping in his house and didn’t even know he’d been announced winner by INEC! Someone God plucked from political extinction and placed in Abuja, no amount of money or wheeler-dealer schemes can replace. That’s how I know Peter Okwute Gburugburu Obi will still win in the end!

What is democratic about thes shenanigans of running from court room to court room?

Ngobaby. It's democracy in the mud when LP or PDP don't win. Right now, the citizens have spoken truth to power. Clowns.

Tribunal court to the mud. I pray all sacked LP candidates be reinstated back by the appeal court. How can someone with a clear margin of win be told he didn't win based on party matters?

The same party matters that the PEPT has ruled on. When a party has forwarded you as it's candidate, you are undeniably its candidate to the exclusion of any complaint from another party.

When Obidients win, they wouldn't complain, but if it was the other way round, they would have started the insults and attacks on our esteemed judiciary.

Thankfully, Supreme Court will soon dismiss their appeal at the Presidential level and hopefully they will rest for 3 years till Peter Obi decides to wake wake time again.
When what is rightfully yours is stolen in front of you, do you say fine take it so that there can be some level of peace?

Same fate awaits all the tribunal disqualifying LP candidates for pre election related matter. The new position is that except a candidate is disqualified by the constitution, you cannot challenge his nomination by his political party in election petition.

Correct. In a bid to help some big boys they've inadvertently helped the small boys

Nice,it was an internal party matter.the elumelu family just like the chidoka family across the niger have been retired politically

The precedent set by PEPT must stand. So, all LP members sacked on nomination grounds, would be reinstated by Appeal Courts.. The gbas gbos must go round!

I share this sentiment.

I personally don’t believe someone that duly won the election should be sacked because of internal party issue.

INEc should have validated everything needed before election and there should be a window for that.
exactly!!

Your APC's PEPT that said Shettima's double nominations are unintentional, was childish.
Ignorance is no excuse in Law.

you are wrong, Obedient will never support evil. Imaging a tribunal judge rule against a candidate that he said he discover that his party logo was missing from ballot paper on election day, the judge rule that it is a pre election matter.

This is a pre election matter cases, so definitely the case will be upturned in the Appeal court of justice and Supreme Court of justice. Congratulations to the LP Rep.

People who hold this kind of reasoning are very dumb.

It is like an A student who was cruelly failed by an evil lecturer...

When he made a complaint someone started reminding him not to complain since he has had an A in another subject.

So if you take someone to court and he wins the case, it should be that next time your madness drives to take him to court, it will be your to win despite the hopelessness of your argument?

Which kind of senselessness is this?

The way you guys blamed JAMB cruelty in Mmesoma case

Even wen u know student (Obi) capacity not enough to award him credit in the subject, you will still blame lecturer ( Judiciary) for being cruel.

The LP candidates may not be qualified, but they won the elections because of Peter Obi reputation. And that is democracy because its the decision of the people. Why I also think LP won presidential because APC had all negative against them. Unfortunately, the LP can't prove because they didn't have good situation room and party candidates in all polling units

Brotherly, very Correct.πŸ‘πŸ‘

For me, I think INEC packed PETER OBI's votes and gave them to Atiku.πŸ˜’

Bayelsa, Akwa-Ibom and Taraba couldn't have been won by PDP
