Dear nairalanders Good day to you all, please I took my niece and nephew to go get an international passport here in Lagos but I was told that they both need get the national identity card registration number before they can apply for the international passport. These kids are just 7 and 4 years old and we all know that the standard world wide is from 18 years and above I want to know if this assertion made by the immigration office is true or not. As for me I have done mine and both father and mother have done theirs doesn't it count for the children? |

Yeah, they do. That’s the new protocol. I saw parents that came with their 2-3years old kids to NIN center registering for ID card. 1 Like |
