I buy goods from ebay mostly and sometimes AlieX using a one on one system. I meet this guy on Nairaland, we met one on one afterwards in Lagos. He makes my payment and get paid too. We met two times already and have been dealing online since then.

You can call this slight promotion by me. I think he has a website with a cac, I can't recall. But his rate is slightly above CBN Rate so it very very good.

You don't get to loose money, you don't even risk anything and you get a good deal. Just sharing this update.
