The writers of torah wrote 2 different stories, they are called "doublets", the creation story is a doublet, noah flooding is a doublet.

The first account in Exodus 32 was a Historical perspective of what happened
The second account in Deuteronomy 9 was Moses speaking to the children of Israel reminding them of what happened in Exodus (without emphasis on the role of Aaron) but not entirely as Moses said
Deu 9:20:
"And the LORD was very angry with Aaron to have destroyed him: and I prayed for Aaron also the same time."

1. How does these two stories now concern Zimri?
2. You still didn't explain
