I just like to know on average, how much does one need to budget for P.O.P in this present economic climate. You don’t need to be specific am just trying to use it as a guide for my project. It’s for 5 bedroom duplex like your project

The budget for this particular project is N1,800,000. We have so far used up to 160 bags of POP cement, nearly 2 bales of filax plus some other items. We bought another 70 bags of white cement and delivered to site yesterday evening. Thanks.

Updates from our works at this site as at today;

1. Plastering of walls, completed
2. Installation of doors and windows, completed
3. Dressing of doors and windows, ongoing
4. Pop ceiling, completed
5. Wall screeding, to be started tomorrow
6. Wall and floor tiles, to be bought tomorrow
7. Soakaway system, to be started on Wednesday

POP measurements should be done separately from the building plans, because sometimes it's not all the areas in the building that we do ceilings on.

All the whole windows in this building has been fixed, windows and doors dressing is speeding up nicely.

We had completed all works about the whole ceilings in this house, we are moving ahead with the screeding of walls which we started since two days ago, wall screeding update pictures later. We move.

Next in line is the purchase and application of wall and floor tiles, then painting and electrical fittings.
