Atiku and his lawyers have inferiority complex, honestly.

In 2020, the Supreme Court openly blasted Afe Babalola and Wole Olanipekun in open court and described their application as vexatious, "frivolous, and constituted a gross abuse of court process". In addition, they were ordered to pay 60M fine to be personally paid by them.

If they did this to Atiku, he would have been rolling on the floor, crying like a widow.
I remember dis case.. afe babalola and wole asked for a review after the supreme court verdict... I think it was d bayelsa case.... The judge said never in her life has she imagined that lawyers will one day challenge d ruling of d supreme court... Na God save wole and afe babalola say dem be SAN and big wigs... Dem for Don jail them and revoke their license to practice

Instead of working on his case, Atiku has chosen to go fight those words at the Supreme Court with millions of naira. I believe the Supreme Court will fine him at the end.

The question is who wrote the judgement? Sometimes, the universe fights back and leaves clues! Guess what? We all know how some words found itself on the ruling, and some shameless liars start blaming watermark

Nigerians, inccluding Atiku and Obi, kept quiet when Tinubu was influencing Buhari's appointments of the judges of today; right from when the then CJN Oghenhen, was framed and sacked from office. Buhari acted like a prosecutor on Oghenhen's case then. All that are happening in the Judiciary today were planned many years ago.
Even during the presidential election campaign time, Tinubu's supporters were boasting all over the place that the appointments of today's judges of the Upper courts in Nigeria were influenced by Tinubu.

Which bias... They asked you people that do you expect the judges to go to the market place to help you guys look for evidence?
How u go enter court without evidence... They said your case was not only fallacious but ridiculous.... 25% of FCT is fallacious , he is guilty of forfeiting money 30 years ago and therefore should not be declared winner is jst ridiculous....

These evidence is what exactly

Why didn't Afe and Wole not appeal the decision and fine?... like Atiku?
@ topic .... Atiku is right.... and his team is not letting it slide. I can't believe they somehow wouldn't be sanctioned for showing such blatant bias.

It's only in a Zoo Republic where billions of Naira got spent on Electoral Act of 2022, and on procurement of a transparent system of electronic transmission of vote results, but after voters cast their votes, the Election umpire discarded the Electoral Act, discarded the transparent system for electronic transmission of vote results, and resorted to the non transparent and discarded system of manual transmission and collation of vote results; animals suggest that the umpire had the right to resort to manual transmission and collation of vote results.

They did Copy-and-Paste from the address or reply of the Respondent’s Counsel..

(That is,, if it is not the members of the respondents’ counsel who wrote the judgement -- because there is no other excusable reasons for such bile to be poured out in the judgement)

Bro how can u possible think that those evidence there were blurred sheets. What the legal team is demanding from inec is the actual result they used to declare the winner. Inec as an independent body is mandated to release any document in there possession. Inec is not a wing of apc lead government.

Besides labour party had the highest number of polling agent across the country. If I were u I wouldnt be worried about these issues cos currently the naira has crashed further at the parallel market to 983/1dollar

Thanks for reminding us of this legal term. During the Adeleke Tribunal case, the Judges actually inserted some humour in to their judgement by saying ‘Adeleke cannot lo lo lo and buga’ and people were shouting see bias… Falana explained this that Judges are free to apply words like this without any prejudice but here we are again , Atiku and his Lawyers clutching at straws…….The so called Learned Counsels are pretending as if they have never heard words like these in any judgements ever……..If indeed your case is shallow, frivolous or even stupid, why should the judges be shy of telling you

I recommend people watch ‘Judge Judy’ and see how she tongue lash people in court, even if it is just a small claim court

Archmed:
In law, such statements are called obita dicta.
They do not amount to the ratio decidendi (that is, reason for the decision taken) based on evidence on the case.
Atiku should stop chasing shadows.

Were you and your family worried when Obi did not care to save more lives by allowing doctors to go on strike for more than a year? Do you know how many lives that were lost because of that strike. Were you worried when some girls got pregnant on account of ASUU strike for about 7 months in Anambra when Obi was governor? Were you also worried when Emefiele was busy with the new Naira re-design policy that affected all Nigerians? But all of a sudden, you are worried now just because it is not your failure that is the president? Continue to be worried for another 8 years.
