I can never touch Pork even with a long spoon...! (And it's not a religious thing).

When most of those preparing and selling suya start taking basic hygiene more seriously, maybe I will reconsider ending my 15 years and counting abstinence from it.

As for Nkwobi... It always manages to act as a serious laxative in my system.

If it's barbecued pork like how my Uyo folks do it, then it's pork; followed by suya then asun in that order.
