They do have red lines, but what you need to realize is that fighting a crazy person is tricky, and contrary to what western media says, the crazy side in this fight is clearly the west.
Imagine you have a gun and a knife and so does the guy next to you, then for some reason he starts to try to verbally humiliate you, you win the verbal argument, then he tries to start a first fight with you, you win that as well, then he starts a knife fight with you...
You know that when it gets to the gun, you both die, but the mad guy next to you doesn't seem to know or to care...
To tell you the truth, if I were president of Russia, western Ukraine would no longer exist, I would have used my nuclear arsenal right from the beginning, and if NATO wants to talk, me and my allies China, North Korea and Iran would ask them if they want a nuclear Tango.

They haven't really send any reasonable weapons, it's mostly defensive and mine clearing i believe

@china and india will not be happy if Russia use NUKE and Russia needs those two to sell oil. Russia don't need to use nuke, they should just get more weapons from NK and iran
