Premium crime movie about spies embedded in the Boston State Police and a mafia group. A rat race ensues when the rat in the police department working for the mafia boss tries to catch the rat in the mafia working for the state police. Its a battle of wits, grit and bloody consequence.

Top notch acting performance from Jack Nicholson as mafia boss Costello, Leonardo DiCaprio as undercover agent Corrigan, Matt Damon as Sergeant Sullivan, Mark Wahlberg as Sergeant Dingham. Great cast list alongside Alec Baldwin and Vera Farmiga, god tier storytelling and writing.
Academy worthy performances from the top four actors.

One of the best undercover mafia film I've ever watched. It was nerve wrecking for most of the time. Filled with intrigue and tension. Martin Scorsese flexing his GOATED chops once more.

Honestly when I read that "superman legacy" will be central to the reboot, I already concluded that it will be another boring ish.
Imo I think before they can make a box office statement ehn, they need to move away from Superman and Batman stuff been central for a while.

They should try to gather inspiration from the Arrowverse Universe. Maybe bring those Arrow and Flash character to the main screen and their respective spin off movies. That universe is way better than this their DCU or DCEU or whatever they call it.
Imagine bringing Grant Gustin to main screen with a good budget, it will likely succeed in BOX office because the arrowverse fans will surely want to see it and everyone really like Grant as the flash, same as arrow.
