My company recently got bullied by an organization because they think we are a small firm .

How can we drag them on twitter please?? Our handle doesn't have follow currently. Can anyone help please friends

Just report them to the appropriate agencies. That word "drag" itself suggests that you are resorting to self help deliberately.

No matter what you do, stay on the side of the law. Organisations are under intense pressure all over the world and will not take it lightly when you attempt to use illegal approach to bring them down. The one who 'dragged ' erisco and got arrested and detained by the company may eventually prove in court how sugar got to full a tomato paste can and if she can't, she is in big trouble.

I'm not sure these agencies open there mail boxes. We have sent out mails without response.

People said twitter is the best. Not self help, they did us bad. We would go to court later, but we need to let everyone know what they did first

Cyber bullying is now a crime.

They will not only send the cops to pick you up but sue your asses for every penny you have citing grievous malicious injury and damage to their brand.

The industrial courts are there for a reason.

Lawfare is your only option.

Follow up and if it's still a civil case, you will still consider ADR.
Just don't take a drastic decision out of anger. Build up your evidences and determine if the fight is actually worth it.
