Save your self stress buy 20 litters an on your air conditioning you will have a smooth ride to Lagos from ibadon and some areas in Lagos can last 1 hour plus of traffic so save your self stress so you will drive attentively and not think about the fuel ⛽️rate of your car always or be looking at the fuel rate of your car

Some places in Lagos you will spend more than 3 to 4 hours in traffic .

Not ashamed at all, glad to have you here. 30mpg for a V6, is a bit of a stretch, so we can do the calculation for 14mpg and that gives 21litres as final answer.
