They want to turn Ladipo to a dirty city like Abia. Ajegunle, Ago Palace, Ojo and Abulado are dirty area because of the occupants who see nothing wrong when they call them dirty people.

Sometimes, I wonder why they elect market leaders in each section in the market. Do they think leadership is just to sit down and be collecting money from your fellow marketer's, and dishing orders.

Leadership is all about
Dedication
Diligence
Discipline and
Sacrifice...

The leaders of the market should be blamed for their negligence and inefficiency.

It is time for the governments to start awarding the leaders of a market with awards and punishment annually. After taking records of the most clean and dirty markets across the state from January to December 15.

Dirty state, but closing many markets, depriving people of their livelihood, if thieves come many now, they will be complaining, they should close Alaba too, close tradefair

Ladipo is filled with Yoruba traders as well as Igbos, so you don't need to make this about tribe. Many Yorubas are there selling bags of rice, not just Igbos.

If you are someone who values hygiene and cleanliness, you'd agree that dirtiness should be discouraged...

Now you're digressing the issue into tribal sentiment. Is it only Igbo that do business in ladipo?

Guys: Is it really fair to close these markets. See, for many days, you would see these refuse bins overflowing and on the streets and roads across Lagos State. Now ask, if citizens/traders, et Al, HV BN paying for the evacuation, whose fault is it if these refuse bins are not cleaned out?

Shouldn't Lagos State also shut down streets & roads?

Abeg, Lagos State, Pls pay these other private contractors who evacuate these bins or liaise with them to know the root causes for the delays instead of shutting gates of markets!

Are there waste bins for such refuse to be properly disposed? Do the environmental agency evacuate the trash daily as it's supposed to?
If the Government are doing these then this issue wouldn't even come up. The traders pay tax so it's the government's responsibility to evacuate trash everyday.

So they should provide waste bag for the masses because the masses can not buy common waste for themselves.

The same masses will be crying to high heavens before they pay tax and levies.
