I experienced this with my first preggy I had to do scan after two days of not feeling anything it was after that scan he started kicking again

U guys jus took my mind back....woke up one night no movement... No kick.... N my baby if u want her to kick... Jus lift d bump n drop...na so she go kick like taekwondo master... I lift n drop.. no single kick... Started crying the whole weekend till Monday... Went for scàn, turns out madam was okay... nearly gave me Bp sef... Go for a scan to put ur mind at rest...

My hospital doesn't give any list, and I'm a FTM.
Please help
If it's a private hospital u just need baby clothes shawl comb sponge then ur stuffs,flask, sanitary pad I think all those gloves and things needed for delivery will be provided and added to ur bill but if it's a public hospital they will definitely give u list and u can also ask on ur next appointment

It truly is. I remember going to shake my son when he was very young to be sure he is doing fine. Now I have a second one, I am not as scared as I was with the first one even if she sleeps so much provided she wakes up to eat.

Will there be a problem with the baby? Is it too late to start taking folic acid at week 7?

There’s no problem.
She can start NOW.

A lot of women don’t use FA till they start ANC, usually at about 3 to 4months.

The ideal time to commence it, is before the pregnancy (planned pregnancy). That’s why we have pre-conception clinics or visits.

Hopefully, if she has enough stored, there’ll be no issue.

Good evening mothers and expecting mother’s read a remark on folic acid above. I don’t think I’ve been taking it and I’m 20 weeks gone. I got scared already.
The drugs below are what I always got on my ANC visit.
