I didn't study English in school, I am not submitting an official document, so I care little about punctuations actually.
I can assure u 100% that if we sit in an English examination, I will beat u with a wide margin.
I don't pride myself in the language of foreigners.
I only punctuate in writings like this to make sure I don't deliver the wrong message not to prove to you that I got a first class.
A degree well earned from years back when many of u here were still toddlers, further degrees have been acquired beside it.
I still write shorthand alot, I only crosscheck my writings in official papers not on the internet comrade.

If I read law maybe u could say that because lawyers write alot of English, I don't write alot of English, I do more of mathematical work, developing a process, making analyses for the feasibility of processes, developing manuals for an already existing process, chipping in with analyses of basic structures, plant design, designs for unit operations, analyses of the feasibility of a desired process in a unit operation, these are part of things I do.
They don't require writing proper English, they require critical thinking and results not English and punctuations.
The more I interact online, the more I realize the we have so many illiterates in the country.
If u have a degree and u think the measure of intelligence is by a English writing, then u should enroll for a degree afresh.

Your statement about invoice actually reminded me of a story, I feel like telling u about it.
Last year or two years, I was supkervising a particular small project, so we wanted to make purchase and then towards evening we visited the shop of an lgb0 man (who is an illiterate actually), we made a purchase and he told one of the boys there to write an invoice for us, by our calculations (because we made overall estimate of the project) by our calculations, that particular purchase should be somewhere between 10m-12m because that was the report we already submitted.
The young brought an invoice worth 1.1m to us, so I asked how.
The man collected the invoice and saw the error of the young man and started abûsîng him, downgrading him and telling "you don't even learn anything I'm school".
I asked the young man, are you a student, he said yes.
Me: what level?
Him: 200L sir.
Me: what are you studying?
Him: pharmacy sir.
Me: what are you doing here?
Him: I am working part time because of the strike.
From the little story I told.
U will realize the illiterate thinks everyone can possibly write an invoice or whatever because they are in the university.
He is so myopic that he doesn't realize that not everyone in the university actually learns to write an invoice, when he meets people who learnt how to write invoice, he will realize he basically can't write an invoice.
