-The deposition will happen today in a controlled room. 10 am (4 pm Nigerian Time)

-It is a question-and-answer section under oath.

-It can happen anywhere, Chicago State University Campus, Court, etc.

-A court officer or recorder will be available to record the proceedings and make sure the questions and answers are about the truth of the case.

-Atiku's lawyers, 2 staff of Chicago State University, CSU lawyers and Tinubu's lawyers will be in attendance.

-The CSU staff will answer the answer on behalf of CSU and everything said should be the truth because lying under oath is a federal offense that attracts a prison sentence in the United States 🇺🇸.

-everything hidden truth will be revealed today.

-At the end, the court will make available a written, audio or/ and audiovisual result of the deposition available to the public.
