If Tinubu has honour left in him, he should resign honorably just like Salisu Buhari did. His 3 years jail term for perjury and forgery would be pardoned. However, if he does, Shettima and the APC rogues would have an opportunity to continue mismanaging our country.

Let him stay on and let the Supreme Court boot him and his party out of office.

Good riddance to bad rubbish.

I thought we all agreed that CSU will deny that he didn't attend their school.
The story has changed now?

You people should let that man be; he has a job to do. If the university says he attended their school, why is everyone trying to force the authorities to say otherwise?

Did Mmesoma not write JAMB? Why persecute her after it was established she wrote JAMB, but only forged her results

Forging and dubbing and two different thing...

The information on the cert is all about him, moving it from one ceremonial paper to another paper is not a good thought but hey! a decision has to be made on time, inec deadline dey knock, a replacement might not arrive on time....hence, the information on the lost cert gave rise to a dub one, it would have been regarded as a forged or fake one if the information had not been verified by the school. Hence, u can't say he should resign his seat, the intent was clear and understandable....

These are two different scenarios.

The examination body, jamb, established with facts that the little criminal forged her result. I was shocked when it took a tribal colouration.

In Tinubu's case, the school has established that he attended their school which is the same thing as what Tinubu said, why is everyone trying to force the school authorities to say otherwise?

The way some of you are being clever by half.

One would think a proven thief wouldn't have friends but the opposite is what we see in Nigeria today.

Atiku and Peter Obi should honorably accept that they lost the Elections and Congratulate the Winner instead of all this Drama

They have been in a bad mood since the Tribunal Judges threw out their case

The fact a school says you passed the exam doesn't imply you passed it. School officials, like every human, can tell a lie when convenient (e.g: bribery).
The certificate alone and some other proofs (like authentic school records) are the only things which can be believed.
Tinubu forged his certificate, and as we now know, tinubu didn't graduate as he claimed.

Section 467 of the Criminal Code Act in Nigeria. Punishment of forgery in general

"Any person who forges any document, writing, or seal, is guilty of an offence which, unless otherwise stated, is a felony, and he is liable, if no other punishment is provided, to imprisonment for three years."

They have a date on them, when you make a certificate, when you get school results, there is the date that is attached. The paper is dated 😂 and part of a dated promotion in a dated repertory.
So when you go and bribe a school staff in 2023, they can't do a time travel and create a document in 1970. 😅 All they can do is create a document in 2023 or tell a lie.

I like how Yoruba think they have perfected fraud to an extent their lies can compete with the truth and win in a court of logic presided by educated people 😂
Why is everything about Yoruba attached to one fraud or the other, even their so called "history"...all fake.

Even if one did not know that you are Igbo this your handicap to always compare apples to oranges has unravelled your origin.

Mmesoma forged a result that the examining authority insisted was forged, while Tinubu had a certificate and then a replacement certified copy that the issuing authority maintain was issued by them.

But you just had to reason like your people.

Good! An authentic cert dey get authentic date which are penned by angels, while forged cert dey get time traveled date which are included by humans...

I think NL'ers dey learn, coz as I dey like diz, I dey learn o...
So, apart from authentic date, what else dey authenticate a cert?

It is not about someone writing a date on the paper, that is only a part of it, there are other records of the exams which took place on that very date and of the participants and their grades. There are also records of compositions of the students who took part in those exams. There is also a matriculation on the certificate, it might take a CIA operation to successfully forge a 1970 certificate in 2023. There are too many variants which you would need to take care of, not only the old paper texture. And it is needless to say that tempering with these affiliated records is a federal crime in the USA.

I do not think that any angels are involved. But if you have any info on angels being involved then please share.

I guess next time you try to forge a certificate, you will use all the info I just provided.
