You will pay the sum of around $26 to the vendor and within a month the vendor will contact your school to get it for you and not the vendor will go and reproduce it for you. You think the school says individual can just go and reproduce their certificate by themselves. If it is like that, what do you think? Different variations of certificates will flood the markets and even people that doesn't graduate from school would want to get one from the vendor. Ask question, if you don't understand something. All this gragra just limit your intelligence.

GCE stopped in 1980s and SSCE took off in 1990. Both have external exams. WAEC is not an exam but the organising body of the exam. Did Tinubu attend govt college Lagos and did he sit for the GCE he claimed?
