I thought they said it's the injection the nurse gave that killed him.
That before the nurse gave tetanus and maybe analgesic injection to someone that was probably in severe pains,near collapse if not already collapsed and with injuries over his body,she should have tested his blood group,genotype,blood level,sugar level and even allergic test to be sure he won't react to the drug.
I maynot be 100% definitive about it,but my theory is that he was physically assaulted somewhere by someone or some people few days or even a day or that same day;that in the process he suffered a severe injury to one of his major blood vessels,probably the aorta,then suffered internal,undiagnosed bleeding from it.If it was the aorta it would have ruptured and death ensues within 24hours if not detected and surgically corrected.The injection given was just coincidental and the nurse an unfortunate victim of circumstances.
But it too serves as a lesson because one may have been getting away with unprofessional practices for long,especially if not certified,but one unfortunate incident will just get you in trouble and it's then you come to realise you shouldn't have been giving treatment to someone outside of a hospital setting and only after examination by a duly certified professional.
