Naira Marley and Sam Larry to be remanded for 21 days.

A Magistrate Court sitting in the Yaba area of Lagos State issued an order for singer Azeez Fashola popularly known as Naira Marley, and Lagos socialite, Balogun Eletu, alias Sam Larry, to be remanded in police custody.
The Lagos State Police Command had filed an application before the court for an order to remand the duo for 30 days pending the completion of their investigation into the controversial death of singer Ilerioluwa Aloba aka Mohbad.
Ruling on the application, the Magistrate Adela Olatunbosun ordered that both men be remanded for just 21 days.

Hmmm.. they better not let them go. These guys have cases to answer bordering on bullying and intimidation

Well, the major thing is the evidence.

If you don’t have the evidence that shows they killed Mohbad, it is against their human right to keep detaining them.

I rather they open a case of bullying against them because that can be established at least against Sam Larry.

I was of the opinion that the autopsy result will be made public. Abi dem never finish autopsy ni?

If guilty they should rot in jail ....bullying is a very foolish way of getting someone to honour a contract ...why not use the authorities or take the boy to court....bullying can damage human esteem making them vulnerable to vices like drug abuse
