Now with all these tinubu's case is very easy except the supreme Court don't want to do justice

Section 137(i)(j) of the Nigerian constitution( amended in 2010) specifically stated that no one would be legitimately elected president of Nigeria if the person has presented a forged certificate to the independent national electoral commission

For example, the witness admitted that the Institution had no board of trustees in 1979, as against the claim in the certificate Tinubu submitted to the electoral body.

When pressed on the signatures on other certificates issued in 1979 and the one Tinubu submitted to INEC, the witness admitted variations in signature, logo, and seal.

Specifically, Westberg pointed out that the signature on the replacement certificate of Tinubu matches certificates issued in the 1990s and not those of 1979, as claimed by the President.

ATIKU IS A CERTIFIED DESERTER.
CSU EVIDENCE IS THUGGERY AND ATIKU'S FABRICATED INNUENDOS TO DERAIL THE NIGERIAN JUDICIARY. THE NIGERIAN FACTORS, WHICH ARE MANY IN THE 1999 CONSTITUTION, INCLUDING THE NIGERIAN INDEGENASATION LAW, ARE FUNDAMENTAL DIFFERENCES IN THE CONSTITUTIONS OF THE US AND NIGERIA.
THEREFORE CSU EVIDENCE IS AEQUUS NON IN NIGERIA.

It beats my imagination how some folks still think it wise to keep on defending somebody who had previously confessed by himself that if his school records are released to Atiku, it will cause him great harm.
The way I see it, even if tinibu want to be honest and should come up and make an open confession on national media today that he accually forged all his results, some ass-lickers will still defend him by saying, it is not true. Smh!

. You are the ignorant one here. Tinibu himself knew he has a skeleton in his cupboard about the authenticity of his cert. otherwise, what then is the harm he intimated us he would have if his records were released and was doing everything possible to stop it in the first place?

I think we should also ask Mmesoma that same question because she truly seat for the exams, passed and also with a good score too but people crictized her for forge results. And all gifts, cash, shollership withdrawn from her with she had a public apology. Why is Tinubu own different?

All these arguments by emotional clowns here are meaningless. The CJN has already told you all that public opinions don't matter in court. It is left for Atiku to go to court with whatever evidence he has and prove his allegations beyond reasonable doubt(that's the legal standard).

In the meantime, Peter Obi is a stupid idiot and a frustrated thief. He should come and be Nigeria's president make we see. Dishonest 3rd class dullard of agulu.

Tinubu would be fine despite what Atiku has so far. Richard Daley College F.K.A Southwest college knows if the Tinubu in their admission and academic records is a male or female and what age is on file. Atiku’s lawyers have more work to do. What they have isn’t enough for a country like Nigeria because errors/typos do happen and BATMAN is in power.
