If the nurse was a qualified one and the treatment administered were right, I see no reason why the nurse should be dragged into all of these. That nurse would be traumatized for attempting to save a life if all protocols and practice of the profession were duly observed in the discharge of duty If moh gaveup as a result of injuries sustained from a fight, then the fighter should be picked questioned and grilled accordingly as necessitated by law.
