People tends to old faster in Africa due to many factors including the food they eat, kind of work and living conditions.

Here, you see 70years old man looking 50s and visit some care home, average age of the people you see there will be 80s, and find many 90s.

Anytime oyibo person die,d family go dey ask for privacy but if na Naija,U no go fit get privacy, even if you ask for am. Na so people go dey troop in and out to pay condolence, from morning till evening for almost one month. Infact,the bereaved no go fit sleep. Na so he or she go siddon for chair dey talk with the people wey come pay condolence. I still disagree. I don't know where you refer to as here. Once a white man or woman gets to 50, she begins depreciating at a fast pace, starting from the wrinkled skin and eye. I once lived among them so I know.

Food could play a major role in ageing but not the major factor. In those villages in Nigeria, they eat fresh vegetables, fresh bush meats, etc. They trek kilometers to get to their farms and trek back. They hardly fall sick, no fat nothing.

It's only in the cities where they eat junks and less exercise that you see people ageing fast. Stress in most of our cities is much

My mum would soon clock 90 by God's grace. Dad still goes to farm. He has a big one. My dad has never complained of any known fever. He doesn't take drugs and hasn't gone to hospital in years.

You could be looking fresh in your skin but always collapsing due to one ailment or the other, always going for one surgery or the other despite following all manner of diets.

In most villages, they may not be rich financially. Hardly would you hear them say they're sick or diagnosed of HBP. They eat locust bean in their soup instead of seasonings. They have access to oxygenated , fresh air, they pluck vegetables and cook, even finish it same day. No GMOs all organic. Unlike those in the cities who would go to malls and buy vegetables that had been under refrigerator for only God knows when, all in the name of preservation. They may not look fresh on their skin but inwardly, they're OK. You can imagine an 89 year old woman still riding bicycle.
