US won't intervene directly. If US did the whole region would go up in flames and US interest in the region would be attacked by proxies. What US did by sending a carrier group is just military posturing and to stop any direct transfer of arms from Iran to Hamas.

Bro..they have fought war on multiple fronts with Arab nations combined before and not new to them...infact military equipments already moved to the nother border and also small exchange of fire with Hezbollah...!!

Israel jets have been flying over southern Lebanon and holding their tuff...If Hezbollah so wish to join, they can nobody is holding them back..!!

you don't solve spiritual matter with human brain. Ist of all read the history of that land . Let me begin with Gaza is land of Israel even when Jesus was on Earth. Read the history of Palestine. Palestine is nothing but creation of ottoman empire who came to the land of Israel when Roman empire was falling. Jesus told us the land will become no man's land and that started to happen in 70AD . Isaiah said they(Jewish race) will gather from all four corners of the earth. My brother please don't dabble into things that is beyond you if not you might be force to join anti Christ army (Muslim army) in the battle for the land and get yourself perish there. Seek knowledge of God, God has preserved the land for them as their inheritance and nothing can change that. 1000trillion Muslims can't change it.

Iran won't join directly because it would instantly result in a full blown regional war. Moreover, if the US would join, it would only be via aviation strike support for Israel and stand off long range missile strikes from their carrier group ships deep in the sea in the Med. Anything that makes US commit boots on ground would result in catastrophic for the Dems and the US economy. On this note, the Iranian support would also be limited to intelligence, armament and cash support for Hamas, subject to if Hezbollah enters the fight.

The situation is very fragile now.
