The IDF were targeting combatants, hence the lower casualties compared to Israeli casualties. The Hamas were killing every Israelis indiscriminately.

As the airstrikes increased in the coming days, the Palestinian casualties will increase by far.

Na any large infrastructures and buildings the airstrikes dey target. Resistance fighters may be inside but civilians are far more.

I think the casualties are in two groups for the Palestinian. Data from IDF and data from Gaza health ministry. The data from IDF are combatants of Hamas and data from Gaza are mostly civilians of Palestine
