I had a relative that married an urhobo lady from Delta, unfortunately, this lady died and her people insisted that it was their custom to bury their daughter in her father's house wether married or not! While I'm not a tribalistic person, I believe everyone should marry within his/her ethnic group.

As a Yoruba man, I can only marry a Yoruba woman who is also a Christian. And while it's not a guarantee of a long and happy union, at least there will be a semblance of understanding and oneness in language and culture.
