The following may not solve your problems directly, but it's likely to offer a different perspective of looking at them.

I find it difficult commenting on people's trades because there is a whole lot of variables to consider and I don't have all the information. Also, given the fact that no trading system works 100% of the time, it is tiring and somewhat futile (at least to me) to comment on individual trades. It is better and more useful to consider collection of trades after a predefined timeline. Unless we trade exactly the same way, it is almost impossible to give an accurate assessment or comment on someone else's trading. My opinion, of course.
Having clarified that, permit me to take a different direction.

I'd suggest you search on youtube for a 13-minute video by Jordan Peterson with the above title. It's not a trading video, but I'm sure it will give you a better perspective of this journey you've embarked on. And more importantly it will give you some inner peace when you inevitably start doubting yourself.

Learning something new is tough. Learning to trade is a different demon. Each time you introduce something to or remove something from your trading system, it becomes 'new', hence, another level of difficulty. Which is why it is advisable to be sceptical of new information that affects the core of your strategy, especially a strategy that has been proven to be profitable.

My point: Don't relent. The distance you've covered seems to be greater than the distance left.

You see the reason why I decided not to trade this pair, including Gold, Silver, and USOil for about 3days now.

I saw it was forming bullish candles which normally, I would have swung up - I don't miss it; but eeyy, only one bearish candle today is wiping out all those bullish candles formed in previous days. Better to never trade it at all and go on standby.

Or what's the point of taking a position and running it for 2 to 3 days but only one candle comes to clear all your labor.
Even though I stayed out, I was watching day by day to justify my standby move.

The most annoying thing is that I tell myself I'd do better, be more patient, wait for more setups and i go ahead to do all that only to end up with the same outcome. In a way I'm glad I discovered this, it's way better than the alternative of not knowing. Hopefully I find a way to implement it.

Lol. You just listed behaviours inherent to humans. I hope you find the video in the response I mentioned you above useful. Be patient with yourself while working on yourself. It gets better as long as you are consistent, persistent and deliberate about it.

If you are serious about your trading journey, I'll advice you filter things you see online, work on yourself, if possible reinvent the wheel (ie understand yourself so well that you create a new or modify an already existing strategy to suit your personality). It's a personal journey. Your strategy will act as an extension of yourself.

Self mastery leads to trading success.

Last week DXY touched the equilibrium of the monthly/weekly dealing range and reacted with a quick retracement downward into this week but then today at the New York lunch we see this new change from bearish into bullish continuation on the weekly.

This bullish run may need to go up further into higher premium of the monthly dealing range.

I'll wait to see how DXY goes on with this climb and look for short opportunities on NASDAQ as they present themselves.

This is my opinion though.

Oil prices yesterday tried to reach a high of 83.93 but were rejected and closed at 82.37. there are three factors driving oil market at the moment, first Saudi Arabia and Russia extended oil cut production, second, war in Gaza, despite Israel is not oil producer country, war could damage so much infrastructure, and the third is a Russian price cap by G7 countries

Xx/USD pairs might just be a buy and hold @ the moment. But na who get mind to hold go profit
