Even in week two, ceec didn't pass Baye with much. Was just 0.03 percent she used in topping Baye. So it's safe to say even without the significant bullying, Baye was destined to win

1st event

Arisers started from there not sure they would have completed with ceec or mercy then

2nd.
Doyin, ceec, angel, mercy, princess, ganging up on her that night that she got her 2 strikes.
Arises added. It could have been a tight race between her and Ceec with no one knowing the winner till the final day

3rd that I think gave her the win ( we can't know who won until finale)
Ike's stupidity in throwing out all of ilebaye's clothes and throwing some into the toilet.
That sealed the deal. Ilebaye became the projected winner that day

If these 3 events didn't happen to ilebaye
Ilebaye she wouldn't be anywhere close to a being a top contender much less be the projected winner.
People are voting ilebaye to prove that no one can bully a housemate in such horrible manner and get away with it and I don't see anything wrong with that.

And nobody should say it's about task wins or flirting with guys. Liqourose won tasks.
Chomzy won tasks.
A lot of girls flirted with guys. It didn't make them winners.

I came back here to say that nobody gave Baye any win except Bayetribe. Baye was already top 4 in week two and that was already a clear indication that she was going to win.

Soma had fans more than Angel and it's not surprising cos post show he's been spoiled silly by the fans he amassed more than Angel

Kuku never topped the polls despite having noisy fans littered here and all over twitter

Ike, Venita,Ceec, Pere with their bullying didn't make Baye win the show as we can see that from the first round polls.

In conclusion.. This all stars favoured Soma, Venita and Ilebaye more.

Very correct. I can still see some of the og fan base crying that Baye did not deserve it because she finished fourth in the first voting week. They forget that Baye was never in the equation on a norm. The game was between ceec, mercy, maybe whitemoney and any other strong housemate like Alex or Deks or Pere that could take it by playing a good game.

The fourth Baye took in the first voting week is testament to the badassness of the modafucking game that she played. She took the bull by the horns those early weeks while virtually everyone else played it safe, and she was deservedly rewarded. A true GenZ warrior I Stan.

Yeah. Somehow, Ceec would have won. There was a kind of desperation to give her the win, but she's just too bitter. She doesn't even know that times have changed since Double Wahala and BBN got new fans now. She thought she was still the most popular. In fact, Ceec felt she had it in the bag. I remember her laughing when Ilebaye told her that she (Ilebaye) would win the show. It didn't even end there. She kept dragging every issue even after it was clear to everyone in the house that Ilebaye had become strong with a narrative. Ceec kept insisting that Mercy was her only competition.

I know Mercy didn't do much this season, but she was smarter than Ceec. Despite knowing she can't win twice, Mercy kept watching Ilebaye carefully.

The production didn't even help matters. I think they themselves wanted an unexpected winner to emerge because they fueled Ilebaye's narrative
