I don't understand what maturity has got to do with this. Noodles is not the kind of food you break a fast as long as 30 days with. What she should start with is food/fruits that the body can easily and quickly digest because the digestive system has been idle for a period and should not be bombarded with food that will take another 3 hours to digest. Custard/pap/tea and lots of water are things she could start with. Avoid acidic foods/fruits since the stomach wall is kind of sensitive at the moment.
