For the very first time, The news of Abuja having its own civil service commission and the approval to FCT to generate its own IGR for the development of critcal infrastructures just like other 36 states, is a great news for the citizens of Abuja and Nigeria. Abuja is gradually taking a shape of a state and becoming an independent territory. Truly, President Tinubu is 20years ahead of his peers. President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will be the best President ever.

Another great news, the Special Adviser to the President on Policy Cordination, Hadiza Bala Usman has announced a quarterly key performance indicator assesments for each minister in relation to the deliverables outlined for each ministry with respect to the 2024 budget. The assesment which begins in January 2024 will keep every minister on his/her toes. Now, every minister knows Mr.President is watching. Not going to be business as usual.
For the first time, ministers will be assessed by their performances, it is either you work or be fired.
Nigeria will be great again.

I've already told you the obvious truth. Abuja IGR was never shared with other states. The only difference then was that is has to pass through MoF and AGF before it can be touched since it's in TSA but now, they can even afford to move everything without informing anyone.

After generating the IGR, what happens next?. If your state Governor been free to dey generate IGR and use it for your state, how is the same a bad thing for FCT?. Receive sense.

Will the new Abuja civil service give priority to indigenes of Abuja like other states civil service or it will have a federal outlook like other federal parastatal ?
