The primary source for Accreditation is BVAS only ,those that rigged for sule did a very poor job and they forgot that state Assembly Election was held same day and the differential between the Governor and state Assembly was so massive.
Abeg rest it's a lost case

1) oga,you cannot use house of assembly or any other polls to compere with guber polls legally.it is ridiculous.this is mistake no 1.
2) bvas were tendered but wasn't demonstrated.voters register wasn't tendered along with the bvas.overvoting only occurred in one unit.
3) pdp depended heavily on irev result instead of inec copies which killed them.

While on your first one is it possible for pupils in a class writing examination to be given different Questions paper?

2022 has an Electoral Law ,which stipulated that
1.the only form for Accreditation is via BVAS only
2.Every Election paper must be stamped and signed,those 2 things knocked out Sule totally.
Ask yourself thiswhy weren't the imaginary Gayam and chiroma ward Accredited via BVAS?

1) pdp failed to show wrongful accreditation or overvoting by bringing invalid witnesses and voters register..
2) pdp contention was never about election papers like in kano but wrong entries of results,exclusion of results and overvoting
3) pdp failed to show overvoting in gayam and chiroma.they only called agents from ADC and nnpp to show overvoting in a whole two wards with hundred units
