CALL FOR MEMORANDA ON FISCAL POLICY AND TAX REFORMS

The Presidential Fiscal Policy and Tax Reforms Committee was set up by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR to review and advise on reforms to shape Nigeria's fiscal policies and tax system. In this regard, the Committee hereby calls for submission of memoranda from the general public.

Submissions are expected on a wide range of topics relating to the Committee’s terms of reference, including but not limited to:

1. Fiscal Governance – Issues regarding public financial management, government spending priorities, debt management and economic policy coordination

2. Revenue Transformation – Revenue administration, taxation structure, incentives management, and non-tax revenue mobilisation

3. Economic Growth Facilitation – Promoting ease of business, addressing impediments to trade, and supporting MSMEs

Your input will assist the Committee to develop policies that promote economic growth, equitable taxation system, improved accountability and sustainability of Nigeria’s fiscal system.
The deadline for submitting memoranda is 15 November 2023.

Your participation is vital to the work of the Committee and the desired outcomes. We therefore look forward to receiving your valuable input and support for a stronger and more equitable fiscal policy and taxation system.

After the announcement of the merger of Dangote Sugar, NASCON and Dangote Rice to form Dangote Foods, the share price of Dangote Sugar rose to N55.


If he sold all his shares in August and bought 9100 units of FGN 2050 bond, he would be earning about N8 million from the Investment in 2024 till 2050.

That is how income investors move their Investments from one asset class to another.


I am very sure that Dangote Foods will get to over N160 per share before the end of 2024. BUA foods is already over N200 per share

There are over 1 million male kids called almajiri roaming the streets of Kano. What people fail to ask is where are the female kids? Many are stuck behind walls being passed around and used as gifts to settle debt. When they've been used enough, they are thrown into the street, stuck on drugs as free for all.

Kano is a state where the government marries wives for people and then buys them mattress to f×#k. In that same state, men are allowed to divorce their wives by saying I divorce you 3x. You can only imagine how many men return yearly freebies.
