I'm not sure the judiciary is the last hope of the common man. Why is the courts giving conflicting judgements? What concerns election tribunals with nomination of a political parties? Moreover, the case was filed by people who do not participate in primary election with PDP candidates.

That was the case in Zamfara wheb PDP lost all their elected members of State Aseembly, Reps, Senate and Governor because the candidates were not validly nominated. So why is this judgment different from that of Zamfara despite having same scenerio?

Zamfara judgement is different from this one. 1) It was a pre-election matter that was taken b4 normal courts and not the election tribunal. 2) Zamfara case was filed by a member of APC and not it's opponents. Why should a disqualified an election bc a political party did not validly nominates it's candidate? This is ridiculous!

Zamfara case was filled by Inec for failure of APC not conducting Primaries while that of PDP on the Plateau was intra party affairs which supreme Court had ruled that no other political party has the right to interfere in another political party affairs.

It's nigerian judiciary, the heavier the money!

Lucky for the PDP the judgment also include them in the rerun

One thing is certain, conduct election 1000 times in that region, PDP will emerge victorious

If there's a rerun Lalong won't make it even though appeal hasn't sit on the Lalong constituency.

Diket might scale through amongst all the APC candidates because APC it's a little pronounced in that region unlike Lalong constituency that is thickly PDP

Even the Appeal Court has done so too plenty of times, I just don't understand Elfreda.

She is very experienced, from Lagos and had been at the Lagos High Court since May 22, 2001, same day as Oyewole and Abiru. She went up in 2014 and will soon retire either this year or next. I don't expect this confusion from her.

That's why I like Nwosu-Iheme.... Will not be surprised if she uses her connection to get to the SC, she is intelligent sha.

I told you that since nass cases don't go to apex court,there will be a lot of shockers and compromise.thats why I said in imo,hope people will prevail at appeal esp ideato.hon ugochinyere wasn't at the pdp flagoff.
If actually pdp refused to comply with a court order in plateau,then this is a fitting punishment just like in rivers 2019.
This judgment will also apply in lalong own as same panel will decide.worst case is a rerun
