There is no serious case in the supreme court. The supreme court simply pass judgement this week so that every Nigerian both those who voted and didn't vote for PMB can hold him accountable to the needful concerning our ailing economy.
This one must be a staunch APC supporter and Buharist. Are we still with PMB? I guess they can't even distinguish between Tinubu and PMB, Jesus.

huh

As far as I'm concerned, the case has been cancelled long before now..

Let everybody just brace up for the next 3years, let allow the president to do his complete 4years and see if he will be given more time or not...

All these court distraction, won't do the country good, we know that courts will always be in favour of the incumbent government anyway anytime...
nothing like court distraction here. Our constitution must be respected, dont get what you want in a dubious way believing nothing will happen because you have power.

You institute a case before election against your opponent before election judges will call you busy body and fine you and if you institute the same case against your opponent after election the same person judge will tell you its a pre election matter. grin

Nigeria judges and confusion are like bread and butter.

Peter Obi expects justice. That’s why he’s in court. Is he a daft mind?

The same fate await Dubia landlord and Obingo. They are entertaining their deluded followers and labouring in vain.
Dubia landlord is a serial election loser, while obingo is a serial party defector and learning how to be a serial loser from Dubia landlord. Nothing new.

Oh so the supreme Court is aware now of issues that have been decided.
Can anyone now explain to me how Hope retained APC candidate after SC already resolved that Uche Nwosu was the validly nominated candidate for APC in 2019

The issue then was between AA vs nwosu.apc nor uzodinma was never a party in that case and therefore wasn't affected.the issue was purely the nomination of nwosu in AA and not whether he was apc candidate.the judge made that statement in passing that is orbiter dictum...

Supreme Court should fine them enough to build a Railway from their home Towns to the State Capital so Public will receive some Permanent positive benefits from listening to their useless Cases
If their Hometowns are the State Capitals fine them enough to build a Railway to the next State Capital

If their Hometowns already have Railways fine them enough to build Concrete Roads to the next Major Towns

And Name the Railway Stations and Highways after their Useless Court Cases so Nigerians can see what useless Cases can cost them

So, what is the effect of disqualifying Nwosu as validly elected candidate of both AA and APC

Justice John Okoro, Chairman of the 7-member panel hearing the application of Atiku Abubakar, the Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), filed against the victory of President Bola Tinubu, raised concerns about conflicting letters from Chicago State University (CSU).

The case revolves around the authenticity of President Tinubu's academic record, and Atiku sought to present fresh evidence on alleged forgery.

However, there are conflicting letters from CSU regarding the President's certificate, creating uncertainty.

Justice Okoro highlighted the need to resolve this issue in the ongoing proceedings.
