The issue then was between AA vs nwosu.apc nor uzodinma was never a party in that case and therefore wasn't affected.the issue was purely the nomination of nwosu in AA and not whether he was apc candidate.the judge made that statement in passing that is orbiter dictum...

Supreme Court should fine them enough to build a Railway from their home Towns to the State Capital so Public will receive some Permanent positive benefits from listening to their useless Cases
If their Hometowns are the State Capitals fine them enough to build a Railway to the next State Capital

If their Hometowns already have Railways fine them enough to build Concrete Roads to the next Major Towns

And Name the Railway Stations and Highways after their Useless Court Cases so Nigerians can see what useless Cases can cost them
