It's better to sleep in the same location every night, but dozing off on the couch occasionally is probably not bad for your long-term health🤒. Sleeping on the floor is the best for humans due to straightening our posture. Raising your head is optional since its purpose is to avoid crawling insects getting into ears. There's no problem with sleeping on the couch past discomfort from the soft surface. Stretches aid to iron out muscular aches and pains. Yoga is highly recommended.

Wow this is a completely different point of view, but I wouldn't recommend it as it can lead to body pains in long term and you might start to experience shocks in your body due to the coldness of the floor
