You are right, terrorism cannot be eradicated, that doesn't mean u fold ur hands and watch it flourish......its like weed, it grows, u cut it off, then u watch and restrategize. cutting it doesn't mean u are expecting it no to grow again and that's why u restrategize, plant sleeper cells, moles etc. it grows again u cut it again and it goes on like that forever, the most important thing is that u build a structure that will always keep terrorism in check, from time to time, terrorism will cause some havoc, but u go strong and keep fighting it, when u are out of power the new regime will keep fighting it, the structure to fight it is there....there is no final solution to terrorism but u do not negotiate with them...everything that looks like negotiation with a terrorist group is a strategy
