I recently did a survey for a Machine Learning and AI company last week. I did 10 different ones with each for 20$. This morning I saw this (image attached). I got 10 of this mail totaling 200$.

How do I change it for cash
The 200$ will be like 210k now with exchange rates.

I've done some before
You can't get it at the dollars exchange rate
There's a specific exchange rate for gift cards
This particular one could be at 400n/$
